1. Overview

This Advertising Policy Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for advertising on Rocket Automation LLC’s LED digital signage. By submitting artwork and/or approving an advertisement, the advertiser agrees to comply with all policies outlined below.

2. Display & Operational Guidelines

  • The LED sign operates daily from 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM in accordance with City of Warren, PA zoning regulations.
  • The display automatically adjusts brightness at sunset and powers off at 12:00 AM.
  • Advertisements rotate in accordance with system scheduling and contracted placement.
  • Individual advertisements will not display for less than 30 seconds per cycle.
  • No flashing, strobing, or animated/moving graphics are permitted.

3. Content Standards

All advertising content must meet the following requirements:

  • No vulgar, obscene, or offensive material
  • No negative, defamatory, or harmful messaging toward individuals, businesses, or organizations
  • No misleading, deceptive, or false claims
  • Content must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

Rocket Automation LLC reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that does not meet these standards or is deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.

4. City Compliance & Removal Rights

  • The LED sign is subject to City of Warren, PA regulations.
  • Any advertisement may be removed if a substantiated complaint is received by the City.
  • Rocket Automation LLC is not responsible for disruptions caused by regulatory enforcement or municipal requirements.

5. Artwork & File Requirements

  • Advertisers must provide all artwork in a compatible digital format.
  • All submitted materials must be final and approved by the advertiser prior to submission.
  • Rocket Automation LLC may adjust formatting (such as sizing or layout) to ensure proper display, without altering the core content or message.
  • Rocket Automation LLC is not responsible for quality issues resulting from low-resolution or improperly formatted files.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Advertisers must have full rights, licenses, or express written consent to use all submitted content, including images, logos, and trademarks.
  • By submitting content, the advertiser grants Rocket Automation LLC permission to display the advertisement on its signage for the duration of the agreement.
  • The advertiser assumes full responsibility for any intellectual property claims arising from submitted materials.

7. Payment Terms

  • All invoices must be paid in full prior to the creation, scheduling, or display of any advertisement.
  • Advertising will not begin until payment has been received and confirmed.
  • All sales are subject to applicable Pennsylvania sales tax.

8. Advertiser Responsibility & Liability

  • Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their content.
  • Rocket Automation LLC is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from advertiser-provided materials.
  • The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Automation LLC from any legal claims related to their advertisement.

9. Scheduling & Availability

  • Advertisement placement, timing, and frequency are based on availability and system scheduling.
  • Certain placements or timeframes may be limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Rocket Automation LLC does not guarantee exclusive placement unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

10. Rate Adjustments & Discretion

  • Advertising terms and eligibility may vary based on advertiser type, campaign duration, content category, and partnership considerations.
  • Rocket Automation LLC reserves the right to modify, adjust, or decline advertising opportunities at its sole discretion.

11. Right of Refusal

Rocket Automation LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any advertisement at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Policy violations
  • Regulatory concerns
  • Community complaints
  • Business discretion
